Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Creditjumped Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. After that, we will review it, which may include contacting the provider. We will then reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, the attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
